Ankorya's Location:
The Hidden Corner of Cornwall

The peninsula of South East Cornwall is often referred to as the "Hidden corner of Cornwall" or "Cornwall's forgotten corner", as tourists often follow the A30 and drive further South towards the most crowded coastal tourist hotspots.

This special bit of Cornwall that the crowds miss,

is for you to discover...

The Rame Peninsula and Whitsand Bay's four-miles of golden beaches are a paradise of winding coastal trails and adventurous days out.

Lace up your walking shoes, pack a picnic for the beach, and relish the Cornish sunshine - With ANKORYA as your home base, the possibilities are endless.

By Car or Train

From London and beyond, the easiest way to reach ANKORYA is by car or train. If coming by train, take the GWR train to the Plymouth or St Germans station and plan ahead to connect with a hire car, taxi, or bus from there. You can pre-book a Plymouth taxi with the 'Needacab' mobile app.

By Bus

If you're joining us locally or looking for a public transport option from Plymouth or Cornwall, look up the online schedule for the 70A bus route which will drop you off on the main road directly above the cliff ANKORYA is situated on.

Look for the "Lay By, Torpoint, PL10 1JD" or "Polhawn Car Park" bus stops on your sat nav. Best to speak with the bus driver as these are unmarked local bus stops.
